About Our Space

A to Z Storage was founded in 1993 at the site of the historic Fort Lupton Canning Company, in the center of the town of Fort Lupton, Colorado.


The buildings were constructed starting in 1943 and hold historical value for the city. The Fort Lupton Canning Company was the largest employer in Fort Lupton for four decades until it finally closed its doors in 1979.


Ed Lehrburger, owner, purchased the property in 1993 and envisioned a storage facility to serve the citizens of Fort Lupton and the surrounding area. Since that time, A to Z Storage has grown to become a home for various businesses, including PureVision Technology, Pure Kind Inc., Botanicals Pure Hemp Technology Llc., Jones Transportation, American Cleaning Technologies, and Husky Trucking, all of which rent buildings and/or outside space. Many of our tenants rent our garages, starting at $595 for 575 square feet of space.

Mini-storage units start at $42.50 for a 32-square-foot unit.


Units are available up to 325 square feet and we can guarantee you’ll pay a lot less than anywhere in the Denver/Boulder metro area. A to Z Storage boasts many long-term tenants, including some that have been storing with us since the beginning. This is probably due to our policy of never increasing rent on a mini-storage customer once they move in – even when price increases become necessary due to increased operating costs. We also offer outside storage space for anything from a car to a semi-tractor and trailer.


Our facility covers eight acres of land and is surrounded by 6-foot chain link fence. We employ security cameras to keep an eye on the building entrances, outside storage areas and entry gates. Mini-storage buildings are locked when our managers are done for the day and opened up in the morning on arrival. The gates are locked nightly and on Sundays. All these measures ensure triple security protection for your storage – and that doesn’t even include your individual unit lock!

These buildings are located within the Ft. Lupton Industrial Center, situated in the heart of the City of Ft. Lupton, one-half block from the Post Office, one-half mile from rail service and one-half mile from US Highway 85.


Ft. Lupton Industrial Center has 10 buildings situated on approximately 8.5 acres.


All of the property is zoned Industrial-1.


Ft. Lupton is located 5 miles north of Brighton, on Highway 85, approx. 25 miles north of Denver, 20 miles from D.I.A., 25 miles East of Boulder and 20 miles South of Greeley.
